We are a local family that specializes in helping homeowners solve their real estate problems. We bought our first home in 2014, a tiny little duplex in Michigan, after scraping and borrowing from all of our friends and family. We rented out the next door unit and we are still close with some of our previous tenants to this day. That property changed our lives forever and we’ve been in love with real estate ever since.
While we love real estate, we love people even more. Here in Denver, our company Helping Homeowners is focused on helping people who are at difficult points in their homeownership journey. We’ve helped people who are experiencing foreclosure, bankruptcy, divorce, deaths in the family, incarceration, and more.
